Our Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the returns process, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please indicate this when initiating your return. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside of the 14-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
